Group travel with Widerøe bookable via Book-a-Group

You can now also book group travel with the Norwegian regional airline Widerøe (IATA code: WF) in conjunction with Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS flights via the established OAL process in Book-a-Group. This provides group travelers with additional travel options within Norway, for example to Ålesund, Bodø, Hammarfest and Kristiansand.

Book-a-Group supports entry of non-binary passenger designation
(Update: March 2024)
Effective 6 March 2024, it will also be possible to enter the non-binary passenger designation MX or "Not specified" (gender code X) for group bookings via Book-a-Group. This applies to adults and children. For babies, it will also be possible to enter XI.
Important: The passenger data entered in the PNR must always match the valid travel document (e.g. the passport).
Brussels Airlines group trips – soon available via Book-a-Group

From early 2024, you can also book Brussels Airlines flights via Book-a-Group – and thereby benefit from the expanded route network of Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, and SWISS when making group bookings. You can conveniently book the flights of these four airlines in any desired combination via a single user interface.

A concert tour, team outing or school trip? There are lots of different reasons for a group trip. Thanks to the new Eurowings booking procedure, you can now book groups of 10 to 30 travelers much faster and easier.

New terms and conditions will apply to all new Book-a-Group group bookings starting 1 July 2023.
Not relevant to the following markets:
CA, CN, HK, JP, KR, MX, TW, US and CENAM
What does this mean for you?
- The grace period booking option changes to 30 days. Groups booked outside the penalty period can be cancelled free of charge within this period
- The reservation
- fee changes from € 100 to € 200; for serial reservations this changes from € 25 to € 50
- The penalty period cancellation scale in the standard contract begins 60 days before departure in the case of continental groups and 90 days before departure in the case of intercontinental groups
You can view the new contracts in the Book-a-Group booking portal. In the case of bookings made before 1 July 2023 date, the previous conditions apply.
