Lufthansa expands Onboard Delights with hot meals

Lufthansa is adding five hot meal options to its Onboard Delights selection in Economy Class. Travelers can pre-order these meals on short- and medium-haul flights with a flight time of at least two hours. Orders can be placed between four weeks and 24 hours before departure, guaranteeing that the selected meal will be available on board.

In addition to classics such as beef roulade and currywurst, the selection includes international and vegetarian options.

Lufthansa is also expanding its culinary offer in Business Class on long-haul flights. On most flights returning to Germany, passengers can now pre-select their main course and choose from six dishes, instead of the previous three. Pre-orders can likewise be placed between four weeks and 24 hours before departure.
