Austrian Airlines expands USA route network - New from May 2022: Los Angeles

Austrian Airlines will be flying five times a week between Vienna and Los Angeles (LAX) on the west coast of the USA from 20 May 2022. The important US destination is the starting point for California and at the same time a hub for onward flights with the joint venture partner, United Airlines. Austrian last served the largest city in the western US in summer 2019.

Austrian Airlines already has a good route network in the eastern USA with Chicago (ORD), Washington (IAD) and two airports in New York (EWR/JFK). In summer 2022, all four airports will again be served daily. This means that Austrian Airlines will offer up to 33 weekly flights to the USA in the 2022 summer flight schedule.

• Los Angeles (LAX): 5 times weekly
