With Austrian Airlines again from Vienna to Shanghai

After an interruption of three years, Austrian Airlines is once again flying to the Middle Kingdom since January. After China relaxed its entry restrictions and flights to mainland China became possible again , demand has also skyrocketed. Business trips to the economically important country are once again on the agenda.
Starting from March, Austrian Airlines is flying three times a week to Shanghai with the largest aircraft in its fleet, a Boeing 777 on every Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. With the additional weekly flight, Austrian is meeting the strong demand for connections to and from China.
Flights to Shanghai can now be booked on austrian.com.
Other airlines in the Lufthansa Group are also increasing their China services. Starting April, Lufthansa will offer daily flights between Shanghai and Frankfurt, and SWISS will also resume the Shanghai route from March 3.
