Eurowings introduces new AI chatbot

Eurowings now offers customers a new AI-powered chatbot that helps them get information even faster. Instead of navigating through click paths, users can freely formulate their questions—such as “How heavy can my luggage be?” or “How do I book sports equipment?”. This allows passengers to get answers to their booking questions in a matter of seconds – without having to make a phone call or send an email.
