New service: The Culinary Journey

The Lufthansa Group has launched the Culinary Journey, a new digital service that unites all onboard dining options across Lufthansa, SWISS, and Austrian Airlines into one seamless experience. Guests can view, pre-order, and provide feedback on meals and beverages before departure ensuring a more personalised and efficient travel experience.

Accessible via the Lufthansa Group app, website, or the pre-departure information email, the Culinary Journey automatically displays the selection for each flight and travel class. Whether on a short-haul flight in Economy or a long-haul journey in First Class, the service offers a tailor-made experience in all travel classes.

On long-haul routes, travelers can choose from up to nine main courses, including exclusive pre-order options. On European routes, pre-ordered meals such as salads, bowls, or sandwiches are available with a 10% discount. Passengers travelling on combined itineraries with SWISS, Lufthansa, and Austrian Airlines can now pre-order their meals for all eligible flights in one seamless process via Culinary Journey.

Designed for comfort and convenience, the Culinary Journey supports the needs of corporate travelers by integrating dining preferences into the booking process – making business travel smoother and more enjoyable.
