Amended rebooking conditions on European flights and flights to/from Asia

Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, Air Dolomiti and Eurowings Discover have adjusted the rebooking and rerouting conditions of individual fare options (“fare families”).

To ensure that you and your travelers can book their trip flexibly and without concerns at any time, all European fares of the Lufthansa Group airlines can continue to be rebooked as often as necessary. In selected fare options, the rebooking fees will increase as follows:

• Economy Light: €90*
• Economy Classic: €60*
• Business Saver: €90*

In selected fare options, rebooking fees will apply again in the future. As a result, the rerouting conditions will also be adjusted.

• Saver/Best Buy: from €150*. Routing change permitted (new: departure and destination locations must remain unchanged).
• Base/Restricted: from €150*

In selected fare options, rebooking fees will apply again in the future.

• Saver/Best Buy: from €150*
• Base/Restricted: from €150*

For all other long-haul flights, the rebooking and rerouting conditions remain unchanged.

The changes affect all published fares.

The rebooking fees for corporate fares have been adjusted to those of the published fares on 18 April 2023 (date of ticket issuance). Exception: A fee reduced by 50% (compared to the published fares) will apply to the rebooking of “Corporate Classic” (sustainable) Corporate Value fares.
