Lufthansa Group Airlines expands service for the summer

Looking ahead  to the 2025 summer season, the Lufthansa Group airlines are intensifying their customer-oriented services along the entire travel chain. The goal is to offer business travelers and corporate customers, among others, an even more efficient and comfortable travel experience.

A key element of the improvements is the introduction of an optimized rebooking system. This enables passengers to make rebookings more quickly and flexibly, which is particularly beneficial for business travelers with dynamic schedules. In addition, online baggage tracking has been expanded so that travelers can track the status of their checked baggage in real time.

In addition, airlines are increasingly relying on digital services to speed up the check-in process and minimize waiting times. The mobile applications have been updated to provide a more intuitive user interface and additional features to meet the needs of frequent travelers.

Another highlight is the new Help Center, which has been integrated into the websites and apps of the Lufthansa Group airlines. It offers you and your travelers targeted support and can answer individual service requests. For urgent matters - such as departures within the next eight hours - prioritized support is available via the personal Service Center. The AI-supported chat assistant answers numerous service questions - not only in English, but also in German, French, Italian and Spanish.

With these improvements, the Lufthansa Group is underlining its commitment to meeting the demands of modern business travel and continuously investing in improving the customer experience.
