Eurowings launches new Currywurst by renowned Berlin-based chef on board

Eurowings is adding a new highlight to its Wings Bistro: “Currywurst by Tim Raue.” In collaboration with the renowned Berlin chef, Germany’s leading leisure airline is bringing a cult classic on board – reimagined, crafted to a high standard, and designed for bold culinary moments above the clouds.

The recipe has been specially adapted to the altered taste perception at cruising altitude and impresses with a balanced seasoning and clear flavors. It features a pork sausage from the traditional Bochum butcher Dönninghaus, served with a fruity tomato sauce and a spiced curry-onion sauce.

The currywurst is available in the Wings Bistro on all Eurowings flights offering hot meals and is priced at €8.90.
