Lufthansa opens new exclusive check-in area at Frankfurt Airport

Lufthansa has opened an exclusive premium check-in area at Frankfurt Airport (Terminal 1, Hall A) that combines comfort and efficiency. Highlights include spacious areas with changing rooms for a quick outfit change or convenient repacking – a service that fulfills a frequently expressed customer wish. Stylish high tables with charging facilities and comfortable seating create a relaxed atmosphere, ideal for meetings before departure.

A separate entrance from parking lot P31 ensures short distances. Lufthansa employees are on hand at service bars and baggage machines to fulfill individual requests and facilitate baggage drop-off.

The new premium area combines modern design, personal service, and practical extras to make the stay at Frankfurt Airport even more pleasant and flexible for First Class guests, HON Circle members, Senators, and Star Alliance Gold status customers.

In addition to the premium check-in area, status customers and Business Class passengers can now once again access the Lufthansa Business Lounge at Gate A13. Following a brief renovation period, the lounge now provides diverse opportunities for relaxation, work, and flight preparation.
