Off to new destinations in Europe

SWISS is further expanding its service in summer 2022, adding six new European destinations to its program. From the end of March 2022, SWISS will be offering new services from Zurich (ZRH) to Bologna (BLQ), the capital of the northern Italian region of Emilia-Romagna, to the French city of Nantes (NTE), to Sofia (SOF), the capital of Bulgaria, and to Vilnius (VNO), the southernmost city in the Baltic States. SWISS will also be serving the southern Ukrainian port city of Odessa (ODS) from July 2022. And Brussels (BRU) will be added to the route network from Geneva (GVA).

SWISS will serve a total of 119 destinations from Zurich and Geneva. The most frequently served European destinations from Zurich include Berlin (BER), Hamburg (HAM), London (LHR) and Amsterdam (AMS). SWISS also flies regularly to Porto (OPO), Palermo (PMO), Tallinn (TLL) and Billund (BLL).

Services to North America are also being further expanded. New York (JFK), Boston (BOS) and Chicago (ORD) will be served twice daily from Zurich in the summer, and New York (JFK) will also be served daily from Geneva. SWISS will also resume services to the Indian cities of Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM), which were recently suspended due to the pandemic. In addition, SWISS will continue to serve Beirut (BEY) twice a week in the summer. The service to Buenos Aires (EZE) via São Paulo (GRU) will also be continued with two weekly flights.
