About the program

The Lufthansa Group Corporate Preferred program rewards corporate travelers with special treatment when traveling on a ticket purchase through their company’s qualifying corporate sales agreement with Deutsche Lufthansa AG, and/or selected air carrier affiliates of Lufthansa Group, as applicable (collectively the “Lufthansa Group”). Find eligibility criteria below:
- To be eligible for any benefit under this program, the corporate traveler must be traveling on company business with a ticket bearing a corporate identifier associated with a corporate sales agreement with Lufthansa Group or eligible partners, effective at the time of ticketing and travel.
- Qualifying corporate sales agreements include select discount, prepaid, and meeting agreements.
- Travel on award tickets does not qualify for this program. Leisure travel (tickets without a corporate identifier) is not eligible for program benefits.
- Corporate customers and their travelers are classified into three program tiers, that deliver a different range of program benefits or exclude certain benefits. The program's methodology is confidential and may be changed at any time without prior notice at Lufthansa Group's discretion.
- All program benefits within the Lufthansa Group Corporate Preferred program, including but not limited to prioritized flight protection and re-accomodation, standby priority, priority seat protection, preferred boarding and partner offers, may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at Lufthansa Group’s sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Participation in the program does not entitle members to any specific benefit. Lufthansa Group reserves the right to amend the program terms and conditions in accordance with applicable law.
- If a corporate traveler is eligible to receive higher benefits by virtue of ticket class or Miles&More Status Level, those benefits will either enhance or take precedence over Lufthansa Group Corporate Preferred benefits.
- Selected partners of Lufthansa Group, such as United and Air Canada, may offer additional benefits on selected routes under their respective Corporate Preferred programs. All such offers are provided by such partners in their sole discretion and are subject to all applicable terms and conditions by such partners. Lufthansa Group has no control or liability whatsoever with respect to offers of its partners.
Eligibility to Lufthansa Group Corporate Preferred is subject to change and cancellation, at any time, without notice, and at Lufthansa Group’s discretion.
- In addition to the terms and conditions set forth above, the following terms and conditions also apply to the Lufthansa Group Corporate Preferred program:
- Lufthansa Group Corporate Preferred is a non-contractual value benefit available to select eligible corporate accounts.
- The participation of any corporate account in Lufthansa Group Corporate Preferred is solely at the discretion of Lufthansa Group.
- Lufthansa Group reserves the right to change any of the rules, benefits, qualification requirements, and terms and conditions of the program at any time without notice, including modification or withdrawal of specific benefits.

Your Lufthansa Group's representative will let you know if employees in your company are eligible for Corporate Preferred benefits.
It is at Lufthansa Group’s discretion to select those companies which travel most frequently on Lufthansa Group’s airlines to receive Corporate Preferred benefits.
Corporate Preferred benefits apply on flights operated by Air Canada, United Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Lufthansa, SWISS, and Air Dolomiti. In non-JV markets, only Lufthansa Group airlines participate.
No, Corporate Preferred benefits only apply on company related business travel and not on leisure or frequent flyer program award tickets.
If a traveler’s ticket class or premier status entitles them to higher benefits than those offered by Corporate Preferred, then those benefits will take precedence. For example, if the boarding group from ticket class or premier status is higher than that of Corporate Preferred, the highest of the boarding groups will always apply.
