Important information for U.S. departures: One carry-on item only

Under TSA (Transportation Security Administration) requirements, passengers departing from the USA may take only one carry-on baggage and one personal item through security – regardless of travel class or frequent flyer status. Any additional carry-on baggage must be checked in before the TSA security checkpoint. This also applies to connecting flights after arrival in the USA. The applicable rules of the operating airline apply.
