Temporary restriction of the Lufthansa Express Rail offer

Due to major construction work, there will be route closures and timetable adjustments to Deutsche Bahn's long-distance services over the next few months. This also affects selected Lufthansa Express Rail connections to and from Frankfurt Airport. The Frankfurt Airport long-distance station (FRA) stop will not be served between July 16-29, 2024.

In addition, there will be longer travel times on some connections, e.g. between Cologne (QKL), Dortmund (DTZ), Düsseldorf (QDU), Essen (ESZ) and Frankfurt Airport (FRA).

We ask Lufthansa Express Rail guests to check the status of their train connection on the Deutsche Bahn website before starting their journey.
