Following a successful test phase in November and December 2023, Eurowings and Lufthansa have been operating the Berlin Lounge Shuttle on a regular basis since June 1, 2024. As before, the shuttle runs daily every 20 minutes from 6:00 am to 8:40 pm.

The service is offered exclusively to lounge guests booked on Lufthansa Group Airline flights.

The pick-up point for the shuttle service is located directly in front of the entrance from the gate area to the Lufthansa lounges. If desired, passengers can also disembark on the way to Gate A20 or use the shuttle on the way back to the lounges, e.g. coming from the security checkpoint.

A total of five places are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
