Have a quick and urgent question? In the menu of the Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS app, click on the "?" icon at the top right to access the Help Center. This practical guide informs you about the most important service topics and offers you possible solution options, where you can choose between self-service, call, live chat with customer agents and chat assistant. Your personal advantages:

  • Quick overview of the most important service topics: Check-in, rebooking, cancelation and refund etc.
  • Help is provided directly in the app: you don't have to switch to the browser.
  • Numerous solution options are offered: While self-service is often recommended, calling the service center or using the chat assistant and live chat with customer agents directly in the app are possible.
  • Special telephone numbers for status customers: After logging in, HON Circle members, senators and frequent flyers use special service center phone numbers when you select the "Phone call" option for one of the listed service topics.
  • Intelligent PNR selection: Upon opening the Help Center, personalized assistance is offered when selecting the desired booking and then proceeding with topic selection based on the selected Passenger Name Record (PNR) number. Depending on the contact option, the booking information is seamlessly forwarded to the chat assistant for quick assistance.
  • Availability: The Help Center is available on Android and iOS devices in all 96 Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS app markets such as Italy, France, the UK and Canada, as well as in all languages supported by lufthansa.com, swiss.com and austrian.com. The service will soon also be introduced in the Brussels Airlines app.
