Easier check-in for groups and individuals travelling from Vienna

The Lufthansa Group is introducing a new feature for groups and individuals traveling from Vienna: a dedicated check-in counter that can be booked. The service offers many advantages, especially for companies. The private check-in counter simplifies the organization and processing of joint check-in, especially for group trips, such as trade fair visits. The check-in counter is available for flights with Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and SWISS.

The special advantage of this check-in service is that it can be booked for both individual travelers and groups. Companies that regularly organize business group travel benefit from a personal and exclusive service tailored to their company's travel needs. Reservations must be made no later than eight days prior to departure.

• For every occasion: The private check-in counter can be booked by traveling groups or by individual travelers.
• Flexible customization: the check-in screen can be personalized as desired – with customized text or a company logo.
• Easy booking: the check-in desk can be booked directly or through travel agencies as soon as a confirmed booking is made.
• Convenient reservation: The reservation form can be completed by the company or a representative, so that not every traveler has to take action themselves.
• Timely confirmation: You will receive a confirmation within seven days of the reservation request.

With a minimum booking of 30 minutes, exclusive use of the check-in desk costs €99 per half hour commenced. The actual duration of the check-in process depends on the number of guests. If travelers arrive late at the airport, the full amount will be charged.
Currently, payment is only possible at the Austrian ticket counter from the previous day, and an invoice must be presented as proof. However, further payment options are already being evaluated to make the process even more flexible in the future.
