More and more airports are offering the service of reserving a time slot for the security check in advance. This allows passengers to arrive at the airport more relaxed and get to their gate faster and with less stress. 

Time slots for security checks can be conveniently booked via the airline apps. This is now also possible for Dallas/Fort Worth, Katowice, Los Angeles and Orlando airports. In the travel assistant or in the waiting time display, depending on the airline app, passengers receive information on whether this option is available at their departure airport and whether any costs may be incurred for the reservation.
