ブリュッセル航空がアフリカ料理に着想を得たお食事オプションを導入（サハラ以南のアフリカ発便）

ブリュッセル航空は、アフリカの豊かな食文化を機内でご紹介します。サハラ以南アフリカ発ブリュッセル行きの便では、当地ならではの風味や食材、調理の伝統を取り入れ、機内向けに丁寧にアレンジされたお食事をお楽しみいただけます。

当地域18都市に運航するブリュッセル航空は、ルフトハンザ グループの「アフリカのエキスパート」であり、この新たなサービスにより、現地の家庭的な味わいを機内でお届けします。

お食事オプションは定期的に替わります。今回まず導入されるメニューとして、ビジネスクラスではカシューナッツ、マンゴー、コリアンダーを使ったケープ・マレー風 鶏の煮込み、エコノミークラスではカメルーンの伝統料理「コッド・ンボンゴ」をご提供します。これらのメニューオプションは、既存の機内食メニューに加えてお楽しみいただけます。Brussels Airlines enhances the onboard experience by celebrating Africa’s rich culinary heritage. Passengers traveling from sub-Saharan African destinations will now be able to enjoy meals inspired by regional flavors, ingredients, and cooking traditions, thoughtfully adapted for inflight service.

With this new initiative, the Africa expert within the Lufthansa Group serving 18 destinations in the region, brings a taste of home onboard.

The meal options will rotate regularly. The first dishes to be introduced include Cape Malay braised chicken with cashew nuts, mango, and coriander for Business Class, and Cod Mbongo, a traditional dish from Cameroon, in Economy Class. These menu options are available alongside the airline’s existing inflight menu.
