The long-haul menus in Austrian Airlines Business Class combine Austrian classics with international cuisine – from delicious “Tafelspitz” beef to exotic pineapple chicken. With PreSelect, passengers can pre-order their main meal for their next flight departing from Vienna.

Premium Economy Class is Austrian Airlines travel class with extra comfort on long-haul flights. Passengers can enjoy numerous advantages such as an extra-wide seat with an increased tilt angle for a relaxing flight.

In Austrian Airlines Premium Economy Class, passengers can expect a modern seat that can be adjusted to their individual needs. They will enjoy a high level of comfort thanks to a wider seat area, foot supports and adjustable head support.

Lufthansa passengers traveling in Economy Class on select long-haul flights will have the option of booking a Sleeper’s Row at the check-in or at the gate, before their flight. With this new attractive offer, travelers will receive an entire row of seats for themselves, consisting of three to four adjacent seats, for the entire duration of the flight. This offer comes with a comfortable pillow, blanket, and mattress topper of Business Class quality, allowing passengers to fully relax while on board before reaching their final destination. 

The surcharge is between € 159 and € 229 per route. A maximum of three Sleeper's Rows are offered per flight. Reservations in advance are not possible.

Lufthansa offers the Sleeper's Row on long-haul flights operated by the Boeing 747-8, Airbus A350 and Airbus A343, for example on flights to and from Bangkok, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, Cancun, Cape Town, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Johannesburg, Mexico City, Osaka, Peking, Rio de Janeiro, San Diego, San Francisco, San José, São Paolo, Seoul, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo.

​Meals in SWISS Business

With SWISS Business passengers get double the free baggage allowance, with two pieces of hand baggage (2 x 8kg) and two pieces of checked luggage (2x32kg). they also benefit from priority clearance through baggage handling at their destination.

The SWISS Saveurs menu features a selection of delicious dishes and snacks that cater to your passengers personal preferences. While SWISS Saveurs is not offered on very short flights, flight guests will continue to receive a complimentary bottle of water, named SWISS Altitude 1150, and our famous SWISS Chocolate on all flights.

Economy Class passengers can check in quickly and without a queue. Online check-in takes them to their boarding pass in just a few steps. If they book their flight on swiss.com they can choose automated check-in. We will send them their boarding pass by email to print out or directly to their smartphone as a mobile boarding pass.

The services provided by SWISS Choice offer even more comfort on their travels. We offer additional services before and on SWISS flights, such as the option to reserve the seat of their choice.
